Don't watch this if you don't like the bottom half of frogs- skinned.
From what I've read online, the reason they move is this: they take longer for riggor mortis to set in, and the salt produces some kind of electrical signal similar to what the frogs brain would produce which means that when salt is applied, the cells within the structure of the legs receive this 'signal' and move!
